Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Original invoice / proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized / made-to-order products
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Digital products or downloadable items

4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped within 7 working days after approval.
6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
